full paper submission, and registration dates. Ensure timely communication
and adherence to guidelines for a smooth and successful participation in the conference.
It is mandatory that at least one author of all accepted abstracts has to register for the conference to ensure that the paper is included in the proceedings.
Multiple authors are allowed to present the same paper.
Registration fees is non-refundable on any case.
Paper presentation Certificate will be issued to the paper presenter with co-authors if it is mentioned in the Abstract.
Once you received the abstract acceptance notification along with Paper ID then only you can proceed with the Extended Abstract submission on or before 05/11/2025.
Presenters must adhere to their allocated time slots, and session chairs are responsible for keeping time.
Registration fees cover conference kit, Participation certificate and food.
Save the payment details in the form of an image or pdf file and should be submitted on the day of conference.
Lunch will be provided exclusively during the afternoon sessions.
