Note to Remember

Please keep track of important deadlines including abstract submission, full paper submission, and registration dates. Ensure timely communication and adherence to guidelines for a smooth and successful participation in the conference.

  • It is mandatory that at least one author of all accepted abstracts has to register for the conference to ensure that the paper is included in the proceedings.
  • Multiple authors are allowed to present the same paper.
  • Registration fees is non-refundable on any case.
  • Paper presentation Certificate will be issued to the paper presenter with co-authors if it is mentioned in the Abstract.
  • Once you received the abstract acceptance notification along with Paper ID then only you can proceed with the Extended Abstract submission on or before 05/11/2025.
  • Presenters must adhere to their allocated time slots, and session chairs are responsible for keeping time.
  • Registration fees cover conference kit, Participation certificate and food.
  • Save the payment details in the form of an image or pdf file and should be submitted on the day of conference.
  • Lunch will be provided exclusively during the afternoon sessions.
  • Kindly note that accommodation facilities will not be provided as part of the event. To ensure a comfortable experience, we can give few recommendations on accommodation options nearby the conference venue.
